Fluke: the Return from TastyWorld

Hey folks,
Had a blast at the Fluke show in Athens, GA.!

I shared table space with fellow NashVILLAINS:
Dean Trippe , Jason Horn and Jason's lovely wife Kathryn.

That's me on the left, Dean in the middle and Jason on the right (Kathyrn shot the picture.)
Right below the "Tasty-World" sign even!

I met tons of great folks from all walks...'really enjoyed it;
J Chris Campbell, Scott Ellingburg, Justin Gammon, Joey Weiser, Andy Runton & Robert Venditti...just to name a few. I also picked up a bunch of mini comics...that I'm looking forward to reading in the next couple of days too.

I didn't have any of my own mini-comics to sell this time around, but I did bring several large size poster prints of my stuff.
Folks really seemed to respond favorably... so much so, that I may set up a little online shop offshoot to the SRM site.

Afterwards...we went to what I think may be the coolest comic book shoppe I've ever been to...it was an almost religious experience. "Bizarro-Wuxtry" is the name of it. If you are ever in Athens...and you love comics...ya just gotta stop by and check it out.

  • For more pictures from the show, you can head over to Dean's site to view 'em.
  • FLUKE PICS

  • Allright...gotta get back to the grind now... ;)
